We offer both Australia-wide delivery and convenient local pickup from our Victoria Park studio.
Orders are usually packed within 24 hours. If you select Store Pickup, you’ll receive an email as soon as your order is ready.
If we’re in treatment, the door may be closed — simply ring the doorbell and we’ll be with you as soon as we can.

Returns & Exchanges
At MÜNE, we want every client to feel confident in their purchase. If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and we’ll arrange a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.
For hygiene and product safety reasons, we’re unable to accept returns on opened or used skincare, body, or hair products, and we do not offer returns for change of mind.
To start a return, simply email us with your order number and a clear photo of the issue. Our team will take care of the rest.
