For skin consultations, please arrive with a clean, makeup-free face so we can properly assess your skin. For body consultations, stay well hydrated and wear loose, comfortable clothing, especially if you’re planning to have a treatment the same day. Hair clients should arrive with clean, dry hair and avoid using styling products beforehand.

We recommend wearing comfortable clothing that allows easy access to the treatment area if you’re planning to have a procedure the same day. For body treatments, loose-fitting clothes are best to keep you comfortable post-treatment. For skin consultations, a simple top that allows your décolletage to be examined is ideal, and for hair consultations, please wear your hair down if possible so we can assess your scalp easily.

All in-clinic consultations are 60 minutes, allowing plenty of time for discussion, assessment, and education. Virtual consultations are 15 minutes and perfect for an initial chat or if you’re unsure where to begin.

In most cases, yes. If your practitioner determines that it’s safe and appropriate, treatment can often be performed during the same visit. For some advanced procedures, a patch test or preparation period may be required first.
